OsiComs Communication Server & Client

We guarantee that our ZDL (Zero Data Loss) communications  package will ensure that your information is secure
and user friendly. Our unique software is totally flexible and can be set to operate in time sliced intervals, specific times or manual polling. This means that our communications package can operate in intervals as low as 2mins
ensuring that your store base is kept up to date with stock deliveries, instant stock availability status and the up to
the minute sales information that your Head Office staff require.

It use to be that our dial-up software polled from head office out to the shops each night, now, the OsiComs Client polls from the shop at frequencies specified by you to head office.  The ADSL / DSL communications connection is to your ISP & the cost is generally absorbed within a monthly store budget... ! Lets face it, nearly every store that you may own now would require an ADSL internet connection, for such things as emails & internet information. Hence, the OsiComs communications packages will sit on top of this connection which will translate to considerable savings for larger companies with Interstate or Overseas branches. The OsiComs server has provision for 100 plus simultaneous active connections. Remember all data is secure and authenticated.

OsiPOS WebSync Server & Client

This part of our new communications suite runs side by side with the new OsiComs services, it prepares data for outbound transmission, and processes all inbound transmissions. When the active frequency is set to every minute it is as "live as possible" over the internet. That means that you'll be able to monitor your remote shops sales data every 5 minutes throughout the day ! No more waiting for o'night dial-up communications !!!

With its new design, WebSync SERVER can deliver information to all stores as it occurs, reflecting inventory, orders, credit notes, gift vouchers in next to real time. Within minutes of a stock line being created at head office all shops have the information. As sales are made at store level, head office is updated & adjusted inventory levels are reflected at all stores. Where Credit notes or Gift vouchers are created or redeemed at any shop, all shops are notified. This provides for the maximum security possible across the group. Customer & VIP data is also maintained across all shops in the same time frame. If for example a VIP customer is added in one shop, all shops will have the information before the customer can walk across the street to go to the next shop !!!.  Restocking can now be performed as many times as required per day and company buyers will get this information right in front of them !!!.
